Drug Testing: This is a 100% polygraphed event. All competitors must be drug free for a period of 7 years. Please review the OCB Banned substances List. You, as a competitor, are responsible to know the effects that certain supplements may present. Just because you may have bought it over the counter does not mean it is acceptable in the OCB. Please research carefully.
The Banned substances List, along with any exceptions, is posted on this site under a red tab named Drug Testing Info or on the OCB website, www.OCBonline.com
The polygraph will take place for ALL competitors at the host hotel listed above. Testing will take place on Friday August 9th. You can schedule your polygraph online using a tab above called Polygraph Scheduling. No exceptions.
If you competed in an OCB show or another drug tested show after June 28th 2019 and can show verification of drug test we can accept those test results. Please contact promoter at email@example.com
Polygraph cost is $50 and will be paid to the polygrapher at the time of the test.
Photo identification is required. All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter. ALL winners will also be subjected to urinalysis immediately after the placings are announced.
Routines: Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women’s Physique routines will only be performed during the finals and will need to be no longer than 60 seconds in duration. Competitors will need to designate to the DJ whether they will be walking on or will already be on stage when their music starts. All music needs to be sent via email or be on an USB drive. All music will be played in its entirety and then will be taken at check-in on Friday, August 9th. No music will be taken on the day of the contest. If it does not play you will have to pose to our music. Music can not contain any profanity. Costumes/props will be permitted for all routines and T-walks.
Bio: When competitors enter the stage individually at the finals portion of the program a “bio” will be read for each individual by the MC. This should include your name, where you workout, how long you have been competing and then something interesting about yourself and/or thanks to those who helped you along the way. Please keep it to 60 words or less and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to Wednesday, August 7th 2019.
